What if I need my order by a certain date?
Being in the jewelry business we understand that you may need your order sooner. We'll be happy to make special arrangements. Please feel free to contact us and we will do all we can to expedite your order.
I'm in a rush, can you ship my partial order if items are ready and the other items are in production?
Yes, we can definitely ship items that are ready from your order and the rest once they finish production. We would just ask for the shipping fees for the backorder items.
Shipping Internationally
We have many international clients and are proud to be their supplier. HarperCrown is located in Southern California, USA. All international shipments will be subject to international shipment fees such as customs fees, document fees, VAT fees, etc. These are fees that are dictated by the receiving country's policies and are the customer's responsibility.
