30 Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (original price paid and associated tax) to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt. We do not cover return shipping unless items are damaged, defective, or sent by mistake.
Please contact us. Once the items are received a refund will be issued. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase.
***Exceptions are cut & finished chains. Since our wholesale chain is cut to length we cannot accept returns on our chain***
Damaged or Defective Goods
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer and must be reported within 15 business days from date of delivery. Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications.
We do not accept the return of items purchased directly from a retail location or other websites. Items purchased on our website may not be returned to any retail location.

To prepare your items for return, please package the jewelry in the original packaging. If you do not have the original shipping package, please use a secure box or padded envelope to ship the return. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice or gift receipt, the best way to contact you if we have any questions regarding the return.
