30 Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. We accept returns for a refund (original price paid and associated tax) to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt (except for items noted below).
***We do not accept returns for chains, solid gold charms, custom items, and wire.***
We do not cover return shipping unless items are defective or sent by mistake. We recommend insuring all returned packages with tracking, as we do not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged merchandise.
Please contact us. Returned items will need to be confirmed with an RMA number. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer and must be reported within 15 business days from date of delivery. Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications.
Return Instructions
Please contact us. Once the items are received and inspected a refund will be issued. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase.
To prepare your items for return, please package the jewelry in the original packaging. If you do not have the original shipping package, please use a secure box or padded envelope to ship the return. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice or gift receipt, the best way to contact you if we have any questions regarding the return.
